Jeff Greenwalt

Jeff is a founder of the company and offers over 30 years of experience.  He has developed and built millions of square feet for a host of successful companies.  With roots in construction, Jeff combines hard work, integrity, creativity and ethical business practices into every opportunity. The roots that made Jeff’s early construction projects successful are still a part of  every real estate and construction project Greenfield executes today.  Greenfield can design, build and develop projects of any size and complexity - anywhere in the nation. 

 
A sample of Jeff’s recent project accomplishments include:

• Development and construction of a 1,350,000sf distribution center in South Brunswick, NJ

• A 342,705sf facility at the Port of New Jersey

• A 578,000sf distribution center in Salt Lake City, UT

• A 1,250,000sf distribution facility for Barnes and Noble in Monroe, NJ

• Manufacturing projects totaling 1,049,000sf for Firestone in Madison, WI, Salt Lake City, Aurora, CO, and Corsicana, TX

• Jeff has also done multiple retail projects for companies such as Best Buy, Ashley Furniture, Wal-Mart, Kohl’s and Home Depot

 

Drew Sanders

Drew has over 18 years of real estate development and construction experience and was formally Business Unit Head and Senior Vice President of large public REIT.  He has extensive experience in office, industrial and mixed-use development and construction.  He has been responsible for creating, implementing and the execution of a highly successful national delivery system and operating platform.

 

A sample of Drew’s recent project accomplishments include:

• Development and construction of a 480,000sf office headquarters for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Western New York. This LEED certified project included the cleanup of multiple Brownfield sites, historic façade restoration, and a 1500 stall parking structure.

• While managing the REIT’s national account for Unilever he led the development and construction of Unilever’s recent distribution centers in Jacksonville, FL and Wilmer, TX. These projects total 1.6 million sf.

• Drew was responsible for the General Electric account and most recently the development of GE Aviation’s 300,000sf facility in Batesville, MS.

• Drew was also responsible for the Procter & Gamble account and their most recent project, a 515,000sf distribution center in Iowa.

Chris Seger

Chris has over 18 years of real estate development experience and formally a senior executive and member of the Investment Committee of a large public REIT. He has experience in office, industrial, healthcare, retail and mixed use investing. Chris has developed over one hundred projects valued at several billion dollars. He also has deep experience in operating real estate, acquisitions, and joint ventures.  

  

Recent operating accomplishments include:

• Full operating responsibility for real estate platforms in excess of $1B

• Created a lifestyle retail joint venture currently developing three projects valued at over $300M

• Created a joint venture with a medical office developer valued at $500M

• Created a global real estate expansion plan

• Created and directed an environmental and sustainability strategy
